Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to get the party started.

  Select Your Items

  Tell us which shades didn't fit the vibe and choose whether you want a full refund to your original payment method or a seamless exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure your sunnies in their original box, and slap that label on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier location; once we receive them, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 7-10 business days.
